The U.S. Department of Labor is evaluating the Disability Program Navigator to determine whether the One-Stop Career Center System is providing accurate support to people who are receiving Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income find jobs.
The goal of the evaluation is to reduce the number of people who are receiving disability insurance and put more people into the workplace. The study showed that the One-Stop Career Center is helping people who are receiving Social Security Disability and that the workforce is helping to develop people’s work skills.
